ACCUWENNER SNOWFALL MAP!!!
Posted: (February 08, 2010 03:57 pm)

Here it is fresh off the press.  I am going big tonight here and assuming that the QPF is way underdone on the models.  I can not see any way inwhich a 975 low only produces 1 inch or so of QPF in eastern PA.  Watch a north shift tonight and tomorrow to bring big daddy snows into the area.  I'm going with my gut on this call.  It's either me or the Miller B---I will win this round and slay the hardest storm on earth to frecast---THE DREADED MILLER B.

has always gotten sleet and freezing rain. This sudden shift to the south of all these storms certainly even confounds Al Gore, too.. LOL

We'll just be happy that we got as much snow as we did last weekend. anything else is a bonus.

Stay warm.

Good Work!!!

The last storm Oakland and a few others (credit to all!) on here nailed the storm a few days earlier (the afternoon of February 2nd) than any professional mets. My area ended up in the 14-16" range, which is exactly what was predicted SEVERAL DAYS before the storm hit. Looking forward to tomorrow's event.

Looks awesome.. I'd expand that 20"+ like Oakland said to the se by about 30-50 miles

I like it too

I think the heavier snow will go further south. Mixing will be an issue at the shore. The snowpack will help keep the mixing further south.

i want to keep it 20"+ because I saying take 20 to the bank and it will go higher. I know its confusing though

Bring it on baby!!!

I like it but I think you can go higher and expand the 15 to 25inch swath 50 miles to the SE and then expand the 20+ inch swath 30 miles to the SE. Then change the name of that to 25 to 35 inch area.

This is going to bomb to about a 970 LOW.

I love the competition. By the way.....I don't care if you're right.....we still get crushed with a lot of snow.

BRING IT ON MOTHER NATURE!!!

I would think that area in purple on your map indicates the axis of heaviest snow, so it would be 25+, and not 20+? Or am I reading into it wrong?
