Broken line of HP supercells continue to push southward. Organized cold pool behind this line will allow activity to continue along with the BL-6km shear around 40kts. Storms are moving into an area of SBCAPE values reaching 3500j/kg. Steep low level lapse rates and sfc dew point depressions over 30F will support a damaging wind threat. DCAPE values will also contribute to the wind threat with values ranging from a 1000-1500j/kg. Large hail will also accompany these storms despite warm mid level temps and high frz levels. High CAPE values over 3000j/kg with 500j/kg in the hail growth region will favor hail to 3.0" in diameter. Isolated tornado cannot be ruled out with strong directional shear. However, high based storms will limit the threat and lead to wind and hail threat.
HP super cell: High Precipitation supercell. These super cells are known to be rain makers and produce rain wrapped tornadoes.
