Good morning, 

This is a small guide that will show you a quick way to update your timezone.

#1. Login to your account.

#2. Click on Edit Profile 

#3. Click the Time Zone drop down and select your city if listed (if you are on the East Coast, please select NEW YORK)

#4. Hit the save button.
