After looking at NOAA winter weather forecast, they have now decided that the Southeastern part of the country will NOT have colder weather this winter. I have observed the wildlife, example, the squirrels, they have built their winter nest very low in the trees, which is suppose to be a sign of cold, wet weather. I wish I could get an accurate prediction of 2012/13 winter forecast!!!
