noaa snow percentiles show 80-90% of 1+ about 50% of 2+ about 10-20% of 4+ and 1-5% for 6+ also slight probabilities of a significant storm at least 10% + for above 4 so this from hpc.noaa.com this is getting more interesting so i think theres a 20% that we could get a winter storm watch and 50-70% for a winter weather advisory so this storm is getting better.

18z gfs shows breif noderate band of snow tommorow morning from philly south with this band possible possible locally 1-2 inches based on gfs but overall a light snow event is expected with accumulations averaging a coating in the area and locally a little more based on were that small better band forms.
