I think that every weather buff is nervous about this winter after what happened last year and with the summer that we have had. I know that I am longing for a "normal" season, if there is such a thing anymore. There is just so much information available now that everything is magnified and the hyperbole is difficult to digest. Hopefully, the snow and cold will come and we can breathe easier.
