My kids' school...Octorara....open today. As are most schools in Chester Co. The only one closed...Oxford Area S.D......shouldn't have closed. Gonna have a lot of angry parents on the phone to that superintendent.

You guys were talking about portable generators before and obviously, they need gas to operate. I know when the power goes out pumps also go down. Are there any stations in Bucks County, PA that are equipped with a type of backup to get certain pumps back on or are we basically out of luck?
