Rob, what is the timing of this event for up in the Stamford area? Is this wed night into thursday or thursday into thursday night

Jhn the water vapor at 12:00 am. is tilting into the jersey coast line and I'm not sure the area is moving north northwest not northeast.

Hi John, You mention the Jan 78 blizzard, I was under that sphere of endlesss snow here along the Jersey shore back in that storm. Can I expect more than the 2-6" here along the Ocean County coast. Especially if it does that repeat loop of 78'. I also understand the storm back then had all cold air with no precip issues. This time around it is a more typical Nor'easter as in rain to heavy snow.

What time do you think this will begin to affect Long Island? And do you think their is a chance for the north western part of li will get a delay?
