A weak disturbance in the upper atmosphere will keep plenty of clouds around today temps will be in the mid 80s.  The problem is that the humidity will be the highest its been in days.  Scattered thunderstorms will be developing this afternoon.  Some of the storms will contain torrential rain, which we desperately need.   KEEP AN EYE TO THE SKY for threatening weather. 

The 4th heatwave of the season will get on its way tomorrow.
