El Nino wil play a HUGE roll in the winter outlook and depending on the track of the Southern Jet Stream this will decide on exactly how much snow the area gets this winter. The Northern branch may be a big WILDCARD in the amount of cold air that arrives into the area to phase with the southern jet stream. We feel it will be a MILD start to winter but a snowy colder ending.
