An area of low pressure will approach from the Tennessee River Valley tomorrow night and redevelop off the Mid Atlantic coast. This low pressure system will produce periods of light to moderate snowfall over southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and central New Jersey. Rain will mix with snow initially and linger along the coast, thus limiting snowfall potential. Meanwhile, for the New York City metropolitan area and points north, the bulk of the snow will remain to the south with only limited snowfall amounts expected.
