Scattered clouds and winds shifting from the northwest to the northeast at 5 to 10 mph can be expected through tomorrow evening.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid 40's over the interior and mid to upper 40's along the coast for highs this afternoon.  Tonight, temperatures will fall into the upper 20's to lower 30's over the interior and mid to upper 30's along the coast for lows.  By tomorrow afternoon, temperatures will rebound into the upper 30's to lower 40's over the interior and mid to upper 40's along the coast for highs.

A storm developing over the Southwest will lift northeast towards the Great Lakes by Sunday afternoon.  A warm front will lift northeast through the Philadelphia and New York City metropolitan areas with periods of rain over much of the region.  However, for locations like northeastern Pennsylvania, northwestern New Jersey, the Hudson Valley, and northwestern Connecticut; a threat for freezing rain and sleet will be present into Monday morning.  Temperatures on Sunday will range from the lower to mid 30's over the interior and upper 30's to lower 40's along the coast for lows and upper 30's to lower 40's over the interior and mid to upper 40's along the coast for highs.

Periods of rain can be expected through Monday as another area of low pressure develops over the New Jersey coastal waters.  The low pressure system will lift into the New England coastal waters by Tuesday afternoon with periods of rain changing over to snow before exiting.  Temperatures on Monday will range from the upper 30's to lower 40's over the interior and mid to upper 40's along the coast for lows and lower to mid 40's over the interior and upper 40's to lower 50's along the coast.  On Tuesday, early morning highs will range from the lower to mid 40's over the interior and mid to upper 40's along the coast.  Temperatures will fall through the 40's and into the 30's on Tuesday afternoon.

High pressure will be in complete control for Wednesday and Thursday with tranquil weather conditions.  Scattered clouds can be expected along with colder temperatures.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid 30's over the interior and upper 30's to lower 40's along the coast for lows and mid to upper 30's over the interior and upper 30's to lower 40's along the coast for highs.
