Storms crossing PA at this hour will not progress much more to the east as they will encounter an atmosphere less conducive for severe weather.  The reason being is from the dry lower levels and sfc with dew points below 55F in some spots with temps around 90F.  Part of the reason is from mixing out of the moisture from the daytime heating.  A few storms could form along the sea breeze convergence in Jersey given the much more favorable conditions.

 As a result, no severe weather is expected in E PA and a few isolated strong to perhaps severe are possible along sea breeze.
