HEAT WAVE UPDATE Philly, Allentown, Reading, Wilmington, South Jersey

The Heatwave arrive tomorrow with temps in the mid to upper 90s. The hottest day of the heatwave will be Thursday where it will feel like 100-104 in many places.

Stay cool out there and pace yourself with many water breaks in the heat. I expect some possible heavy storms to cool us down later Friday afternoon.

Wenner just got back from the pool. I HATE THE HEAT especially when it brings no chances of t storms.

The heat without t storms is my worst kind of weather!

I wasted half the day inside after say 12 Noon it just got to be too much.

Watch the Gulf of Mexico especially in the Central and Eastern Gulf!

Good grief.. My Advantage Pro has 97 with a heat index of 110. The heat index on these weather stations, I've heard run a bit high. But still, its an oven out there. Hopefully, everyone is trying to stay cool. Tonight will be aweful if you don't have AC. Not a bad idea to head to the store if you don't have AC and just do some browsing.. At least then you can cool off..

93.3 here in Media and counting the big deal is the dewpoint at 78 right now giving us a heat index of 110 Whooaaa..

Seriously everyone be careful out there this heat is the real deal I suspended all my outdoor activities at 11:00AM

After the pesky clouds over here in South Jersey yesterday, now skies have cleared out and now the oppressive heat moving in. Pretty impressive short of hot weather the next few days. Hopefully, everyone can stay cool and away from the heat.
