PHILLY METRO= 4-6

CAMDEN COUNTY NJ AREA AND SOUTH=3-6

WILLMINGTON DE AREA= 3-5

BALTIMORE MD AREA = 2-4

WASH DC= COATING TO 2

ALLENTOWN PA AREA= 5-7

 MONROE COUNTY PA= 6-9

NYC= 4-7
