PA. Look for snow to start Thursday night then QUICKLEY TURN TO rain up towards elk .The big winners here will be southern VT NH ect .Short term forecast look for a round of snow showers for the city.

Nothing like a nice rainstorm after all this cold air will be going to waste .No blocking no snow except for these underperforming weak clippers here in west SJ.
