Snow totals and temperatures for the rest of the winter for Mid Atlantic and the Northeast

From all the data I've looked into, I'm beginning to think that February will be very cold and at times very snowy. March will be somewhat milder and less snowy but the end of March will be very cold and we could end up with a snowstorm late March into early April. February's temperatures should be below normal. March's temperatures should be above average except for the last week or so. April should be way below average.

Snow forecast for the rest of the winter:

Washington DC- 9 inches

Roanoke - 12 inches

Richmond - 2 inches

Atlantic city - 8 inches

Philadelphia - 14 inches

Allentown - 19 inches

New York City - 17 inches

Albany - 22 inches

Hartford - 21 inches

Providence - 16 inches

Montauk - 12 inches

Boston - 19 inches

Portland - 21 inches

Caribou - 32 inches

Bangor - 25 inches

Pittsburgh - 21 inches

Plattsburgh - 36 inches

Burlington - 28 inches

Scranton - 22 inches

Baltimore 11 inches

These are estimates only but from what I've seen from all the North American data winter is only getting started. We will see how this pans out. I expect at least one big snowstorm and a couple of smaller storms. Any comments are welcome, and also I'd like to see everybody put their own guessed snow totals.

I am not a meteorologist. I don't have fancy technology or expertise skills. However, I do know (based on my constant interest and checking of dozens of weather sites) that many websites have been predicting a major snowstorm for the northeast on February 12-15. Here is a quote from farmers almanac (one of many websites):
12th-15th. Major Northeast snowstorm develops: some accumulations could exceed one foot; strong winds cause considerable blowing of snow.
So it has, since basically August, been predicting a major storm for the northeast. Fingers crossed.

Only 6.5 inches of snow in southern NYC while Northern NYC and subborbs has recieved double the amount 12". Northern Subborbs 60 miles north its tripple around 18" of snow so far. We had a couple of storms that were rain in the city snow north and a couple of storms that started as snow went to rain.

Im seeing the potetial for a B Miller out of GOM ridding up the coast somwhere between Feb 10th - Feb 20th. I see the potential for 18" to 24" of snow from Mid Atlantic to Atlantic Canada . It will not look or feel like it because just before it will be warm with temps in the 50's and 60's and will catch people off guard. I also see the same thing happening on March 4th - March 10th when the NAO crashes again.

Sounds good all we need is a big hit. Mid February looks good for a major winter storm. In less than 15 days...

Hey toNY I predict about 20 inches for NYC because of the MJO stage 8 it looks like we are about to head into. When do u think the chance for a major storm presents itself?
