Okay the way I see it is it will be cold and therefore favorable for good ratios good ratios=more snow.
Philly south and east,Southeast Montco- 2-4 inches no change there because I feel this is what we are going to end up with some spotty of 5 maybe further south in the zone closer to SE NJ
Lehigh Valley-1-2 inches
Nyc- c-1 inch
Southern Delaware- 2-4 inches with spotty 5 inches of snow
D.C, Baltimore- 2-4 inches
I am going with these totals because it will be really cold and it will cause higher ratios and im looking for a bit more qpf such as the qpf like in the 00z Nam from lastnight that seems like the right ammount of qpf for the event.
Bobby; I also became fascinated with weather at age 6, I am now 32 and about the use the G.I. bill to go back to college and finish what I started [getting a masters degree in meteorology, possibly a doctorate (going to college and staying on campus at 16 was dumb on my part, it was too easy to party and think starting a band was a good idea and drop out after a year)]
I am thinking 2" the rule and 4" the exception highly dependent upon ratios and the dreaded dry air slot in the middle layers of the atmosphere that will make or break most snowfall maps including my own.
