It's a  fluffy light accumulation in the Delaware/Lehigh/Susquehanna Valleys as well as North Jersey/New York and the Pocono/Scranton regions.

It's a fluffy light snow or just snow showers/flurries event starting from 5pm tomorrow to about 2:00am or so into Tuesday morning.

It's very cold so it will be sticking to everything but also blowing around a bit. It's the kind of snow you'll see and say...ahh this is winter.
