Dec 2009 Daily vs Dec 2012 Daily (It's eerie)

You know history always has a way of repeating itself and I'm not committing to saying we are getting a 20" snowstorm a week from now but I'll will say December 2009 has so many characteristics of this December 2012.

SO THAT IS DECEMBER 2009 WHERE ARE WE NOW?

So we are warm but can the cold change catch the storm next week? That is a huge question right now.

I think people forget that the two years of crazy snow that we got was an anomaly. Now we compare all winters to it and we get upset when it doesn't pan out. The winter is coming it still has two weeks...Besides the world is ending on the 21 anyway so who cares...BTW does anyone know what time the total destruction is going to happen 1201 AM .... (sorry had to throw that in there)...But sit tight folks the snow will come this year if it doesn't then it will come next year...

Philly...it may have to drag the cold air down in the end. That's what happen in the early November NJ storm this year. Plus the track can shift a bit more

Run of 5 cold days before the storm. I think that is the key. There is no cold air ahead of this storm, therefore I think it will be a rain event for at least the coastal plain. Unless this becomes a very dynamic(upper levels) system and makes its own cold air.
