I know this isn't quite winter weather/weather related but I am looking for an answers when it comes to the latest climate change indicators in the US for 2012. I am looking over the report (I want to share with my classes since I am a teacher) and on page 15, there is a graph indicating the global carbon dioxide emission by region. My question is this... Almost all regions indicated growth except for Europe. They were steady if not declining very slightly. What specifally are they doing differently to curb emissions. I know they are generally more accepting to climate change and reducing emissions, but I would know to know a few specifics so I can explain to my classes what they can do to more.
