We will be spending the month of December and into January in New Orleans and wanted to plan accordingly for weather - - what are predictions for this area for this winter?? Warmer/cooler? Wetter?

Near Normal temps...above normal precip. Bring a winter jacket they will have a few cold outbreak. Severe Weather is possible too
