Ahhhhh winter is over and spring and summer are coming on strong. How will the muggy hot summer of 2013 play out for the residents of Houston & Galveston?  This one is a hot one and we'll start with the call from the CPC...Climate Prediction Center.  

We do not see an influence of La Nina or El Nino until after September and at this point we may lean toward an El Nino return...or well the one we never had during the winter of 2012-2013.
