We are expecting snow in Northeast PA and parts of the Southern Tier, and Upstate NY.

I am going a little lower than the map posted above but just by .5" to 1" for most of those areas. Ice will also be a problem with a mix of snow and sleet.

The areas above are mainly for the Poconos, and Northeast PA at this point.
