The pattern will become a little more favorable the first 12 days of March from Denver to Chicago as snow will develop across the Rockies to the Upper Midwest including Chicago, Milwaukee, Indy and maybe Minneapolis.

The pattern shows developing storms coming down the Rockies and may get hung up near Denver before sliding off to the east into the upper Midwest.  This could be a repeated pattern for this region so places like Kansas City and Omaha..this could mean several more snow & Ice storms for the first half of March.
