So we'll see that thin but often very dangerous coating of ice tonight well North and West of Philly into the Lehigh Valley and up through the Poconos. It runs from 10pm tonight to 10am tomorrow.

We are talking about .02" to .05" of ice so this will not pull down trees and power lines and if roads are treated it should be ok on many highways like I-476 I-80 I-81.
