I'll by the name at 60 hours and not much beyond. It's accuracy is like other models and decreases in its last 1/3 of hours. I like where we are now. I'd like it more if I were in Boston but hey at least someone along the East Coast north of DC is gonna gett drilled.
Gina I would be concerned about a sharp cutoff as you move west. Earlier runs had Lancater in the area of the cutoff with 1 - 3 inches. No doubt all snow but the amount of percolation and the duration of it hurts you.
These totals seem to be trending upwards most models are catching on to the storm. My question is when we are talking 12+ numbers for Mass what do the wind speeds look like? After a foot with some good wind speed Snow Drifts Get BIG i live in the mountains here in Central MASS. What do they look like for the storm?
NYC numbers show 541 thickness for 1-2 hours 95% of the storm is now in the snow zone on the new Euro. The 850mb/5000 ft temps are all below 30 degrees so that means game on for NYC !
