Snow Chances Dec 15-30

So as we approach the second half of winter we look for not only the storm signals but the storm track and where it will be the next few weeks.

We have (3) storms that will cross the country between the 15th and the 31st.

DECEMBER 15-17 DECEMBER 22-24 DECEMBER 28-30

So now that we get a fresh look at the GFS lets take a look at the European Model as it looks deeper into December.

This is from our Meteorologist Mike Masco out of WMAR in Baltimore. I agree that the models need to adjust to some of the signals right now.

Hey Rob!!,
I hope that cold air moves in soon. I need to get these shorts off over here...another 60+ day here on Long Island today. Can you talk to Santa to see if we could have a White Christmas over here??? Thank's...lol.

These things take time as we step down into winter. We typically do not have snow before Christmas so this is all extra at this point. We have the cold air coming but the arctic air is delayed

There will be snow in Philadelphia prior to christmas...December is running 7 degrees above normal and there's much more warmth to come... all storms will run west of us ..the pacific is a disaster and the negative nao is east based which is also a disaster for us... there will be.no pattern change this month
