Hey Joe I think the Sierra Nevada out there In Cali has some of the highest snowfall rates in North America which I would not mind taking a trip to see.
Now if you like WildWeather like I do I will stay away from these top ten states?
However California does have some very high snowfall rates in the Sierra Nevada and Arizona also has some wild fluctuations in Elevation.

I guess dew point doesn't count. Living in Louisiana, NC, SC, Georgia & Florida would be the worst kind of hell for me.
