EURO VS GFS SNOW VS NO SNOW ON EAST COAST

Discussion started by Dean D Davison 4 months ago
Good Morning ,

A absolute mess between model data is going to drive any meteorologist crazy and is going t cause issues because the click bait fans will be putting info about this major snow that may not happen. The fact is I have never seen such a difference in solutions. EURO gives us cold air blocking and a low pressure to play with which could be what is needed vs the GFS with dry air and no snow even close. Historically the EURO has been the king of long range and that as Meteorologist is known but when you have the GFS an American model showing the complete opposite the ability to even think to make a call irresponsible at best. So here is what you do . You follow this page and we will let you know what is the best bet over the next few days. Cover your blooming vegatation as we expect a hard freeze.

EURO SOLUTION COASTAL LOW = SNOW
GFS SOULTION = Warm

STILL PLENTY OF TIME TO WATCH IT

Are we talking about this possibility for Friday (3/10), or Sunday (3/12)? Or is it something else that I don't see in the longer range forecast?
